Who I Am

I have sat on both sides of the table. That's the difference.

I spent years in new homes sales, working directly for major housebuilders and developers. I learned how they train their teams, how they frame price, how they create urgency and how they handle a buyer who pushes back.

Then I changed sides. And I have never gone back.

Today I work exclusively for buyers and business owners who need someone in their corner with genuine commercial knowledge-not a cheerleader, not a yes-person. Someone who has been in the room and knows exactly how the game is played.
