My background is not typical. I spent years inside the developer and housebuilder world — understanding exactly how properties are priced, how commissions are structured, and where buyers are routinely disadvantaged.

I left that side of the industry because I believed buyers deserved better counsel. Not another agent telling them to "act fast." Not a solicitor who has never seen a development contract before.
